Shipping policy
All paintings will be shipped with a tracking number (and insured for the value of the painting) within 7-14 days after purchase. If any delay should occur with packaging or shipping I will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Depending on the product, packaging and shipping may be conducted through a trusted third party company, and if delays are expected, I will communicate and update you on the status accordingly. If you need the painting within a specified amount of time, please contact me to coordinate expedited shipping. United States and Canada orders are shipped using UPS and normally will arrive within 4-7 days.
Should you need shipping outside of the United States or Canada, please contact me before placing your order.
Damages:
I take great care in ensuring your painting is properly packaged to the best of my ability or the ability of the trusted printing companies I work with. Original works are insured for the total purchase value of the painting (minus shipping or any other costs related to shipping such as overseas fees) so it will hopefully arrive to you undamaged! I will send you the tracking information and shipping insurance information (if applicable) for your package via email before shipment. Should your painting be damaged during shipment, please take photos of the packaging as well as any damage to the painting and contact me within 24 hours of receipt of the package. It is your responsibility to address the damage with the carrier who delivered your package (UPS, Fedex, or any other shipping service used). Please keep your tracking number and any other information regarding the damage in order to submit a claim to the carrier.
Refund policy
Please ensure you are thoroughly looking through all photos of the painting you are wishing to purchase. I try my best to upload the most accurate quality pictures or images that have been professionally digitized as low-resolution drafts of prints. Sometimes certain colors can vary based on screen settings. Please reach out to me before making your purchase and I will work with you to send more photos or a mockup of the piece in the space you are wanting to display it.
In the unlikely event that the painting isn't what you were hoping for, please contact me within 7 days after receipt of the piece and I will work with you to make the situation right. Please note, if you choose to return the piece, you must first coordinate with me (within the 7 days period) and box the painting in the original packaging. All shipping costs to include insurance for the full amount of original paintings will be paid for by you and you must coordinate with me before any of these steps are carried out. Not all situations will constitute a full refund, but we will work together to find a compromise!
